I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to serve as a supportive co-pilot during a portion of your journey. My approach is grounded in recognizing and utilizing the strengths and skills you already possess, while also offering new tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals.

In our initial meeting, we will collaborate to establish meaningful goals that will guide your treatment plan. Throughout our sessions, we will regularly review these goals, making adjustments or developing new ones as needed to ensure your progress and ongoing support.
