It’s nice to meet you.

My name is Megan (she/her), and I am the owner/founder of Rundle Psychology. I am a registered psychologist with expertise working with children and their families throughout Calgary and area. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including non-profit campus-based mental health programs, inpatient mental health units, and home-based therapy.

My passions are spent with my family; I wear many hats including being a mom, wife, friend, yogi, and community volunteer. My favourite hobby is being outdoors, specifically hiking. This was the inspiration of the suiting name, Rundle Psychology. As many hikers from the Calgary-area know, this can be a challenging hike to complete, but fulfilling and rewarding to reach the peak. This is how I like to conceptualize therapy. It is a journey that may involve a difficult trek; but as you progress you will have moments of discovery and a better view.
