It’s nice to meet you.

My name is Megan (she/her), and I am the owner and founder of Rundle Psychology. As a registered psychologist, I specialize in working with children and their families throughout Calgary and the surrounding area. My professional experience includes providing care in diverse settings, such as non-profit campus-based mental health programs, inpatient mental health units, and home-based therapy.

Outside of my practice, I am deeply committed to my family and community, embracing roles as a mother, spouse, friend, yoga enthusiast, and volunteer. My favourite pastime is spending time outdoors, especially hiking. The name Rundle Psychology was inspired by Mount Rundle—a well-known and challenging hike in the Calgary area. Much like the journey up Mount Rundle, therapy can be demanding at times, but it offers opportunities for growth, insight, and a renewed perspective as you progress. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenges and discover new strengths along the way.
